INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION OFFERING
TAKAMATSU CONVENTION RATE

For participants to the international convention held in Takamatsu City and the neighboring towns,TCB has established accommodation special rate "INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION RATE"with the cooperated conscientious hotels. We are offering to the convention conveners this system to be applied by all means.
INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION：SPECIAL RATE:10 to 20% OFF
against the posted accommodation rate.
APPLICATION RULE
Convener
Subject:In the principle,it is an international held in Takamatsu City and the neighboring towns,and the ratio of the participant from foreign countries is 20% or more.
Term:The accommodation during the convention term.Also,the accommodation for the prior consultation and the post-processing of convention are the same covering.
Takamatsu Convention Bureau
Approval:Suitability is decided after receiving the application for the rate from the convener and the explanation of the business outline is listened,and the certification is issued.
Accommodations:The convener selects the hotel from among the rate applied hotels,or the convener confers with Takamatsu Convention Bureau and selects the hotel.When you use the travel agency depending on the convention scale,the convener,the travel agency and TCB confer,and select the hotel from among the rate applied hotels.
Hotel
Discounts the accommodation rate from a usual posted accommodation rate within the range of 10 to 20%.
The condition of the on-season,the off-season,and a day of the week is tempered,and each acommodations decides
the discount rate.

When requiring for application to this system,the convener negotiates with facilities after applying to TCB and receiving approval,and the international convention rate will be decidated. Though the convener selects accommodations from among the applied hotels,however they are occasionally selected together with TCB and the travel agency by the request of the convener.
