The Takamatsu Convention Bureau offers subsidies and other support systems to ensure satisfaction and success for all participants.
Subsidies offered to hold conventions We offer subsidies (5,000yen x number of participants:max.5,000,000yen) to international conventions held in Takamatsu City and the neighboring towns (Miki,Mure,Aji,Shionoe, Kagawa,Kohnan,Naoshima,Ayakami,Ryohnan and Kokubunji). Subsidies will not be available to convention held for commercial purposes. The amount of subsidies differs according to the percentage of foreign participants. Please contact Takamatsu Convention Bureau for details (info@takamatsu.or.jp). Recommend halls and accommodation facilities. Recommend convention related companies (printer,etc.). Recommend volunteer interpreters.
Provide pamphlets in English,Chinese,Korean,etc. Provide discount tickets for cultural facilities. Provide bags for documents. Issue Kagawa Welcome Card (complimentay card including special discounts for foreigners).
